First Cucumber

Ok, I actually took this picture a few weeks ago but it's always so amazing to go to your plot and for the first time in the summer see a huge cucumber.  And this one was a beauty!  So huge.  And since then, I've had several more like it.  This has been a good summer for cucumbers.  Agree?

The group working on the tree beds around the garden finished up with some really lovely landscaping.  Now our garden looks beautiful inside . . . and out!  Thanks to all who helped!

Second Chance to Work on Tree Beds

If you love what the group did last week to the tree beds around the garden, now you can have another chance to help.  The team will be working again this Saturday, July 12, from 10 to 12 at the garden.  See below for more details.

Raspberries are starting to ripen!

It's that time of year!  Raspberries are so delicious--and we are soon going to have a lot of them for gardeners to share.  Yum!

Work on the tree beds

Several garden members--including Anahit, Jane, Elvira, Bob and Alicia (hopefully I got everyone's name right!)--did some amazing work on the tree beds outside the garden today. Looks so nice!
